This is the JPEG final version. A first step was to download and save Ball.tif. I then opened the image in GIMP and saved it as a JPEG. When a dialog box popped up I clicked on select file type by extension. I then selected JPEG. Another box popped up and I selected advanced options. I then chose the quality of the image.
