The original image is a very wrinkled one. I used the healing, the smudge and the blur tools to do the retouching process. I worked on the areas around the eyes, between the eyebrows, the chin, the expression lines in the cheeks, and even a bit on the neck and on a slightly wrinkled spot in the visible ear. I also corrected the mark on one of the front teeth, this by using the smudge tool.
