I first saved the image as a .tiff. I then opened it in Gimpshop, cropped it, played with the brightness and contrast option until I found a nice balance so as it not to look dark which was a problem in the original version. I scaled the image and aggradized it so as to have a better view of the swanboats. Finally I used the rectangle and text tools to add the text and saved it as a PNG.
