This midterm consists of the course diagram. The program I used for this midterm is Microsoft Word 97. I used the double wave for the class title. Not only did I fill it with a nice tone of blue but I used the gradient for giving it a more sophisticated look. I then did an interconnected double direction flow chart by using the double arrows (which I painted in different colors through the line color option in the autoformat) and different basic shapes (rectangle, elliptical, pentagon and hexagon). By way of the autoformat color fill option, I filled them with different colors and I put borders of different colors around each by using the autoformat color line option. I also included text descriptions of the class content inside each shape by clicking and writing. I used different colors for the letters using the font color tool. For the letters in the two uppermost shapes, I used Times New Roman 12 size and for the rest I used Calibri 12. For the double flag with the title and my name I used Andalus 24 and Andalus 20 fonts respectively. Finally I took a screenshot by first zooming the image to 75% (otherwise it would not come out complete in the screenshot), pressing the printscreen key on the keyboard and then saving the screenshot in Picasa 3. I then uploaded the screenshot to the blog. I also uploaded my original Word version to my Boston College MyFiles.
